Mr. Allah Ditta has completed his MPhil/MS in analytical chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. During his MPhil/MS degree and he has been working on different research projects such as characterization of serum samples (HBV, HCV, typhoid, tuberculosis and breast cancer (BRC), Pharmaceutical drugs, Bacterial strains and Organometallic compounds by using Raman and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopic (SERS) techniques along with chemo-metric techniques such as Principal components analysis (PCA), Principal components linear discriminant analysis (PC-LDA), Partial least square regression analysis (PLSR) and Partial least square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). Furthermore, He also has been working by using Raman spectroscopy and MATLAB for Raman spectral data pre-processing, synthesis of nano-particles and their use in Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy for the analysis of body fluids to explore this technique for the early diagnosis of disease.
Currently, He is PhD student at Experimental Molecular Imaging (EXMI) at RWTH Aachen University and working on the development of nanoparticle-based biosensors for the detection of clinically relevant biomarkers.
